Impact Consulting will help you work on your goals, while challenging you to focus on the actions you must take to succeed. We’ll challenge you, where necessary, but we’ll never be mean. Our goal is to build you up and, while it might sound contradictory, that involves breaking down harmful blockades that are set up in your mind.
IN-PERSON AND ONLINE
Our personal development coaching sessions are designed to help you and that includes putting them on at the appropriate time and in the appropriate place. If you find yourself within a 20-mile radius of Impact Consulting’s headquarters in Derby, then we can arrange our sessions to be face-to-face, if you like. If you’re outside that area, then Zoom or Microsoft Teams are also options. A physical barrier should be no barrier to success and, thanks to our career coaching based in Derby, we’ll make sure that it isn’t.
